Though unlikely it's possible Liverpool and West Ham could finish level on points, goal difference and goals scored in which case a playoff between them would be needed to decide who qualifies for the Europa. Needs Liverpool to lose the Europa final (so not qualify for the CL) and a certain set of results in the last round of PL matches.
