We won't actually know what will happen until the UK actually sorts their sh*t and decides what to do. They've voted to leave, but what that means for immigration, working visas, etc etc will not be known until they start putting their own laws in place. They may do a Norway and then that sort of stuff wouldn't really change anyway.
The EU are also saying "It's our ball and you can't play with it". They want the UK out ASAP.
