Yup, bad mistake BUT overall I actually thought he played very well. I was also impressed by Milner, Hendo, Firmino and Studge as well and Mane is looking like a snip at 32m

A big mistake by the ref, not Lucas.

Goal should never have been allowed as player was in the goal box before the ball left it from the goal kick.

I'm an LFC fan, I love a good excuse but even I'm struggling with this one...

Note the ball at Mignolets feet here. By the time Lucas touched it there was a player 5 metres inside the area.

What is the rule? Are the opposition not allowed in the box until the ball has left the area, or until the ball is touched?

If it's until the ball has left the area, then this could be a good point. Any freeze-frame footage when the ball is right about to cross the line and get to Lucas' feet? Is Vardy in the box at that point?
