I liked the thought of Rikjaard until I kept reading about the fact it was actually/probably more his assistance work, Hank Ten Cate. Sounds like Hank did all the work and Rikjaard was there to 'encourage' the players. (This is in reference to Barca)

Robinson has been really good for Blackburn so far. Maxi has been surprisingly good down the right hand side and Lucas playing well too.
