That's a good question. I think feeling guilty is a bit strong, as the deal was signed three years ago when times were good, and it's not the fan's fault that AIG decided to come on board, and even though the money they have spent is a large amount, compared to the financial losses and bailout figures, we are talking about a fairly minute figure.
 
Imagine if they hadn't got the extra revenue generated through sponsoring possbily the most recognisable sports teams in the world. Would they be asking for more money from the US government?
 
One more year with AIG on the strip, then it'll be something else.
