Didn't help AIG help create this financial mess that we're in? Don't they share a big chunk of the responsibility for thousands of jobs being shed worldwide? Do any of you Man U fans feel some guilt, GUILT, at still seeing AIG on the team's shirts??
AIG were not the largest offer for the shirt sponsor at the time, Mansion (sponsors of spurs now) offered supposedly 70mill compared to AIG 56.5mill. Man Utd didnt want to be associated with gambling is what i think was the reason for not taking up the offer. Funny now that AIG has gambled a lot and lost
