With the refinancing they will be able to pay off the debt that matures soon enough... which I think is part of showing how running a club like this will work, not that I'm a big fan of it... Apparently it will offer even greater flexibility in the transfer market as well, though apparently there have never been any restrictions.
 
Of course it would be nice if this sort of thing wasn't an issue, but since the Glazers took over it has been a reality.
