All this talk of Tevez in this thread should have ended when he moved to Man City. Carry on the conversation there please.

Rooney with 4 goals. Could have had more. Nani had a decent game, first in a while, with some excellent crosses and set pieces. Owen should have scored a couple as well (not good missing chances like that if he wants to get back into the England squad). Some nice one touch passing and interplay in periods of the game.

Nani was outstanding I thought. That performance came out of nowhere for him and I am happy to say if he can consistently be that good, then him and Valencia will be a very, very good set of wingers.

Rooney was incredible. To think it is only this season he has become an out and out goal scorer and he is the top scorer... great stuff. A couple of goals in a 2-0 win on Thursday morning and I will be a very, very happy chappie.
