He also dropped De Gea. So maybe's there's more at play than this one game?

Mind boggling I know.

Again, hindsight is a very easy thing. Let's hear you put some opinions down before they happen.

OK We won't make the top four.  Are you kidding about De Gea.  Romario  has always played   FA Cup games.

Not  really a case of hindsight, just understanding  football.

Exactly my point about Romero Leggy - maybe he was rushing the injured players back in order to give other guys a rest.

Again though, hardly a bold prediction considering we're not in the top 4 and there's only 8 games left.

No manager in his right mind would ever rush injured players back to give fit players a rest.

Thats so clearly not the case. A team with Matic, Herrera, Lingard and Martial is much better than one with McTominay, Fred, Pereira and Mata. And with an international break afterwards, I think it was a 'right minded' decision to play the players of higher quality.

I also highly doubt it that a fair representation of what the fans think ends up in MEN. Most fans still want Ole to stay and think he has done more than a reasonable job thus far. Yes, maybe he has only done what is expected of a United team, but that is better than what we have had for most of the past 5+ seasons

Funny how the team with McTominay, Fred, and Pereria in it was the one to beat PSG.  Agree about Mata-- need to sell him. But the fact remains that when players are out injured for some week the smart thing to do is to ease them back in, not start them when you have fit players available. I think Ole has done a good job but at this level he is very inexperienced. Regardless, even he admits that we need at least 3 quality players ( we need more) to compete with the likes of Man City.
