Unfortunately I agree with you for the most part. If they get behind OGS and we're able to re-generate United mentality and bring in young players then maybe it'll work and the culture can be improved for the better, but unfortunately I also foresee the board giving OGS the boot when they haven't even given him a real chance to implement his vision.
