Talk about kick a guy when he is down and how short a memories have you United fans got? Big name managers after SAF failed miserably. Now they have a young one whom did bloody well last season and after a mediocre start, everyone wants him gone?? SAF started poorly too and was one loss from being sacked. Look what he went on to achieve. Harden the fudge up. Give OGS a break and a chance to sort it.
I certainly haven't said anything about sacking Ole, just that we can't lay all of the blame on Woodward/Glazers for the football we are playing right at the moment. As long as the current directorship and football governance model is in place and results/performances don't improve we are stuck in this impossible cycle where everyone calls for the sack but then a new manager inherits a squad that's not his, asks for 5 signings, gets 2-3 and then gets the sack when performances aren't right. At some point we are going to have to stick with someone.
