What's happening presently takes me back to 1973-74 when United were relegated just 6 years after winning the European Cup - poor decisions re Managers (Mcguiness then O'Farrell) , and some questionable transfer spending. Took a relegation and Docherty (yes he was in charge when relegated) to get things back on track. Whilst I don't think United will get relegated I have a bad sense of deja vu at the moment
