Yup pretty much. Its pretty clear that Maguire isn't doing any more than taking Batshuayi's weight in case he falls on him - there's no force or intent there whatsoever and when you watch in real time there's really no "kicking" motion. He just lifts his leg to protect himself.

Fred barely touches Azpilicueta, he's going through Williams whether Fred is there or not, imo.
