In the past, teams have been able to do "low-block" because our midfield never offered any danger from outside the box. Chuck in Bruno and Pogba who, if you don't pressure them, are going to either make something or score. This opens up space for everyone else and boom, suddenly we're winning games.
Ole deserves massive credit. His signings have all been perfect, not only their football capabilities but their attitude as well. I love it.
Still too soon to know if Ole is actually good enough. He does have players that are good enough for the starting X1 but he obviously could not see that against Norwich as the starting team he picked was crap. Time will tell, but he will need 2/3 quality players to even get close next season. The teams we have beaten lately are going to get relegated
As Nelfoos has said, our problem this season has been losing to those bottom of the table teams. Weneed extra investment or else Liverpool to fall a long way to challenge for the league but we are looking in a very good position. One player (Bruno) has made such a huge difference. One more player (Sancho) could make a big difference too. Having said that, I would really like a starting defender to replace Lindelof.
