There's a lot of talk about Ole having a better record over 100 games then both Fergusson, Mourinho and Klopp.

I think we're still only in our second year of a longer term project. Remember we've essentially had to reset from what Moyes, Van Gaal and Mourinho failed to do and that was to address the serious squad issues within the team. There's still a lot of work to do in terms of losing some more dead weight and bringing in more "squad" players.

What I'm finding disappointing is the constant reshuffling of formations, I can understand Ole is trying to set up to play other teams, but feel like we're not developing our own "style" or brand because of this.

Jose's first 100 game record is superior to Ole's. He won trophies, did better in the league, and got sacked for being.....well, Jose.

I've always viewed Ole's role in life was to help steer the club back on track in terms of rebuilding the 'identity. Whatever that means. He's helped do that,  now it's time for someone else/better to take over.
