He didn't play a diamond against PSG, it was against RB Leipzig wasn't it? 

And between that and the Istanbul game he played the diamond against Arsenal and lost as well. In fact the midfield got dominated in that game despite Arsenal having less bodies in there (the scoreline was flattering for ManU). 

So it's gone well in one game out of three as far as I can tell. Not saying it's not a good idea, but it's not the picture you've painted there either. Perhaps your next match might be the make or break for that particular formation?

I think regardless of formations it's the inconsistency of results and performances that is drawing the criticism. 

You did well to finish top 4 last season with a good final run, and now with the time Ole's had you should be settled and pushing on. I think the argument about a lack of transfers is a bit of scapegoat from the Ole fans. Yea you could've done better with all that money, but this team has got so many expensive players in it, it should be better than this. I agreed with you about Ole a while back but I feel he's regressing now. Starting to wonder if he's just not that good of a Manager.
