Maybe it is nore of a reflection about how i enjoy my football but long term development and being effective and efficient, if not pretty, is more enjoyable for me than high turnover and short term results.
These exact same criticisms can and have been justifiably directed at Mourinho.
Your argument here is very weak, and obviously biased.
Mourinho is infamously focussed on the short term. Guardiola has left all his jobs by choice, whereas Mourinho has been forced out every time, in the same pattern - short term success, then falls out with squad and club management and moves on. He is the epitomy of the short term manager.
