Well he's played a shark ton of youth for a start - Tuanzebe, Fosu-Mensah, McTominay, Gomes all have had debuts under him and Rashford has become a 1st team regular, McTominay is on the way there.

I also don't think his squad turnover is in any way comparable to Pep.

There's also no indication that he's moving on short term from this job.
