As for ins and outs, I don't think we need to go crazy and risk another year of rebuilding with a new squad. Rather put the onus on the manager to start earning his money and get these superstars playing well week in week out. I wouldn't even buy a left-back, give Shaw a start from week one and let him do his thing. You don't make the Team of the Year at 17 if you can't play.
