Bit harsh to base your opinion of a Manager on a 3 month period where he had major injuries and fatigue in the squad, they were hungover from the champs league final loss which was a huge blow for them, and their key playmaker was agitating to leave and not starting.
I think the 6 premier league seasons prior to that spoke enough for his quality.
Possibly too harsh but Tottenham had issues in the run-up to the final. It can't all be put down to a CL hangover. And the football itself was not amazing.
Sure Pochettino when he was flying high sounds great. But he had problems reinvigorating a stagnant Tottenham... which is exactly challenge number 1 at Manchester United.
Look I'm not going to be disappointed if we sign Poch but I'm also willing to put my hand up and say there are some red flags there as well. He's definitely not a silver bullet.

The true answer to that question is that neither of us deliberately did it.
It's a natural urge when you think you are right and they are wrong. Your brain will cherry pick something out of their comments that is most easily argued away, do that, and then feel that a winning point has been made. We're all guilty of it, often. It's a self-learning exercise to try and recognise this sort of thing and improve communication skills. So thank you for helping me to do that today by calling out my disingenuous and unnecessary post.
