Slight difference to stomping on someones head.

Mind you, that would be a typical comment from you.

Both are petulant acts of violence and deserve similar punishments.

I hope not, he is a f**king waster.

All the chickens coming home to roost. I still stick with my original comment.Should have got more for a cowardly act.

He needs to be a little more subtle about his work. It was really too obvious to kick at Parker's head, but he could have wound up the Spurs man with contact all the same.

Two kicks up the arse! Mancini's way of dealing with Balotelli skipping curfew to go to a strip club:

Just being lazy.
Should have be off before half-time.Mancini should have had enough savvy to drag him then.He is now saying that he hopes the FA gives him a ban and he won't be playing again this season.
Mancini is the reason City are not 10 points clear. His man management is piss poor-Tevez etc.Leggy2012-04-09 12:01:52

How the hell did he stay on the pitch today for as long as he was? A talented yet moronic player. Goalscoring abilities up there with the best and as much self discipline as Roy Keane.
Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

Maybe he needs a half-time hooker to get the blood going?

We will never fully decide who has won the football.

He does bring a lot of unnecessary attention to himself and the rest of Man City FC, but he is being built up to take the fall for what could be a terrible season results wise for them this term.

I actually like him as a player when his mind is on straight but I don't think there are many managers who could manage him properly.  Old Bobby Robson would have got the the best out of him for sure.  RIP RB!!

The guy has so much skill and talent. Shame the other distractions in his life seem to get control of him. I hear he does do some good chairty work that isn't mentioned as it's not as sensational as his behaviour in the public eye.

Yea I've seen the odd anecdote about him being very generous on the spur of the moment

Perhaps we should start a Di Canio Zone thread too? Loving his latest comments on Conor Wickham;

"Maybe, with this guy, I have to slap his face a little bit,' Di Canio said.

'I'm talking about motivating him in a genuine way because he has so much potential. But sometimes he comes in (to training) and he seems to be looking around saying: “Where am I?” I want to say: “You are on the football pitch, with the grass.”

'He is an intelligent guy, but once he seemed to be complaining because it was wet. I told him that is typical for this area. Maybe if he doesn't go out in a small t-shirt when it is wet and cold, he won't be complaining. I have told him: “No small t-shirts.”

'I don't want him to be missing a couple of games because he is a Playboy model. We are footballers, that is our job.'
