He'll still be lurking in this thread for a few more weeks until the inevitable slide to the League 1 thread.

I know Ipswich were sick of their 17 year run in the Championship, so it's great they finally got what they all wanted.

Incredible drama in both playoff fixtures. You simply wouldn't come close to finding this in any other second tier league in world football.

Three for me, and two for them.

Two years is a long time in Football. Derby just clings onto Championship status, Lamps has gone out and Leeds are thriving in The EPL.

Geez when you hear people say the A league is championship standard:

After more highlights than a round of A league the commentator goes and that’s halftime…

Not one to bump threads haha but just wanted to say what a battle their is right now in the Championship for the playoff positions!

I also follow besides the Phoenix, Blackburn Rovers, and are quite enjoying how we are doing this season. Currently 4th in the table and in the quarter finals of the FA Cup. Our best season in forever, hopefully we can maintain our playoff spot and get promoted!

That does suck after taking them up and still being outside the drop zone.

Auckland will rise once more

Geez Irankunda looking like the real deal.

It’s hard to know. You get these players who go on youth contracts, but they never quite make it.

But any player on earth would be happy with those two free kicks. Impressive stuff.
