Don't care who wins since Ribry ain't playing, but hopefully it's a better game than the last couple.

is he top scorer yet? why do you find him humerous?

He's got 7 - needs 1 more to tie Messi, 2 to go top outright.

Has a bit of a cult status in Croatia - not particularly talented, but works very hard and usually scores ugly but important goals. Something like the Croatian version of Pippo Inzaghi, but more likeable because of his attitude.

What, he spends 70 minutes a game standing offside and 19 minutes rolling on the ground ?

How's my driving? - Whine here

You forgot the 10 minutes he spends rolling on the ground offside.

First time in a while that both finalists did not win their group?

A dilemma - have no time for either club or Mourinho. Hope van Gaal wins then.

I hope Bayern win. I have a general dislike for all things Italian Football

This.

Other than the AC Milan side of the late 1980s and early 1990s, they were class.

it is wrong having the Final on a Saturday.

Went to Munich a couple of weekends ago (although I bought an 1860 shirt) and loved the place, so have to support my Bavarian brothers.  Also a bit sick of the general wank-fest around Jose that you get in the press over here, so it would be nice to see him lose.  This is an actual transcript from the Sky coverage during the semi final:

Interview with Mourinho in the tunnel after the game:
Mourinho: "we played the game with passion, and deserved to win.  Thank you".

Cuts back to Sky studio with Richard Keys and Andy Gray:
Keys: "God I'd love to suck his cock".
Gray: "What??????"
Keys: "Um....pardon?"

Sky cuts to advert about Blackburn vs Wolves on Super Sunday this weekend.

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

Yeah I go for Bayern as well, 2-1 in terms of exact score. Bayern is in the top form at the end of the season, Inter seems to struggle a bit lately.

Winner takes the treble, want Bayern to win even though I don't think that they are that great a team.

Well done Inter, decided midway through the second half that I didn't want to see Bastian fking Swinesteiger win it. Oska2010-05-23 08:40:20

Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Loved it. Not the best final I have ever seen but the passionand the occasion work for me. Jose is such a love/ hate character isn't he?

The aerial shots of Madrid.... make me think why am I lving in NZ? (Must work that out.)

Big question of the morning is why are those guys just so good? What would you give to play on that ground in front of that crowd? I love football!!!

Was surprised that when the breeze picked up Robben didn't got over more often...

I watched the game at Crown casino in Melbourne. Italians are noisy. I like Bayern, but Inter were the better team, they took their chances, Munchen didn't.
