No wonder since the game is on Wednesday morning.
ZING. IBTL.
so alves didnt dive and it shoulda been a pen?
Stonewall.
bloody hell. it really annoys me when clear penaltys are missed in crucial CL semis
Not a big fan of Alves and he had an awful game quite frankly, but the (non)penalty call was easily the worst miss the ref had in the game.
So good seeing Alves get booked for diving!
He didn't dive though. He was chopped.

Yeah I saw the game. But he got booked for diving. Which is what I was laughing at.
Looks like Barca played their final against Arsenal.
They'll turn it around at Nou Camp and absolutely embarrass their opposition like they did last time

Nah. Inter wont even score, Barca will bag at least 3. Just wait
sh*t ribery gone. seemed a bit harsh, though maybe thats cos these days most people would just get a yellow for that
yea well alot of people wouldnt see red for that. thats al
A lot of people are morons who think tackles like that make them "well hard".
Disgraceful tackle. Blatant red.
Yeah it's the sort of tackle that 'should' be a red so I have no problem with it being given. A red card shouldn't require the victim having their leg broken.
My top moment is Chelsea losing to Barca last season. I've never laughed or been entertained by a single football match so much in my life
Champions League Semis + Final
No sign of any coverage of Barcelona v Inter Milan on ESPN tomorrow morning. f**ks me off big time.
Instead there is a drag racing replay. Bullsh*t.
No wonder since the game is on Wednesday morning.
Eugh! My bad.
Apologies about the other two duplicate threads. Computer is having a bad afternoon.
Mods, lock or delete those two. Ta.
It might well be the Fever misbehaving hamspter, rather than your machine.
ZING. IBTL.
inter leading 2-1 now, impressive
3-1 it finishes. very nice lead to to take to the camp nou
Inter got very lucky there. Ref had a shocker. Never let the game flow, was inconsistent in regards to fouls against either side and most importantly missed a stonewall Barca penalty late on, not to mention one of his assistants missing the clear offside on Inter's third goal.
Hopefully Barca murder them in the 2nd leg.

Inter played well. At times out-Barced Barca, especially with pressure high up the field which enabled them to attack from good positions in the attacking third before the defensive line was properly set - third goal in particular came from such a situation.
Not convinced that the third goal was offside - they showed a couple of inconclusive replays as far as I'm concerned, so if you can't tell for sure from those, it's fair enough to play on. But the ref was awful, didn't have control of the game at all - yellow cards to Puyol and Pique were mind boggling, not to mention booking Dani Alves when he got chopped down by Sneijder in the Inter box late on.
Should be a good return leg next week.el grapadura2010-04-21 09:26:26

Lucio and company always manage to shut down that Messi character, when he plays Brazil they don't give him any space.

There was nothing embarrassing about that.

Can't agree with that. Studs on ankle and didn't play the ball.

Top ten highlights of the Champions League over time.
Istanbul 4th? Oh, and of course include el madri in there...

I remember my dad txting me that Iniesta had scored right at the death and then, when I replied "Where are their plastic flags now?" he said: "They've been thrown at the ref, the useless c**ts!" Quality. Mind you, Adebayor's dance at Anfield was a laugh too.
