August 23, 7am or so in the morning, clash of the Titan(s)(and England). Germany looking for their second win in a row at the holy grail of English football.

Any tips on where I may be able to catch this glorious German victory in and around Auckland?

Oh and thoughts on the game, I'm guessing a 2 goal victory to Germany, England has just been too average of late

The game is live on ESPN so the only issue seems to be whether any bars would be interested in opening their doors so early for a meaningless friendly. If I were you I'd just ring up some of the sports bars to see if they'd be willing to do so.

Will it go to penalties if it's a draw at full time? Have to be a win to Germany, then

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Germany are a much better side now than they were in 2001. Ultimately though, it's not really a meaningful game.

Come on, McClown can't afford to lose to us dirty Krauts at home. And you can't make limitless subs anymore

They will play full-strength teams except for players with niggles being rested.

May the slaughter commence

So England lose! At least this might prevent any "we will win the world cup" nonesense!

Apparently Micah Richards was only good player for England, rest sucked!!Orpewise2007-08-23 18:30:56
