I'd like to hear your faves so far.......there sure have been some pearlers!!

My favourite 4 so far have been;

Wesley Sneijder - Holland vs France

My player of the tournament so far, cracks the fourth against the French with a great turn and blistering shot from outside the box that slams the underside of the bar!

Nihat - Turkey vs Czech Republic
http://101greatgoals.magnify.net/item/VMM9Y71VSKM7TVPQ
An opportunity comes with so much riding on this moment, to complete a great Euro comeback and qualify for the 1/4 finals, Nihat scores his 2nd to claim a 3-2 come from behind victory by curling it past Petr Cech into the top right!

Michael Ballack - Germany vs Austria
http://101greatgoals.magnify.net/item/8HQ3KMN8HVP06DTM
A cracking free kick to unleash the shackles off the German captain, he rocket launches this from 35yards from left of goal diagonally across the box into the top right - unstoppable!!

Zlatan Ibrahimovic - Sweden vs Greece

http://101greatgoals.magnify.net/item/6SC8WM5Z2NL0KZ5N
A textbook and beautifully executed one-two with Henrik Larsson results in Zlatan punishing the return ball into top left......quality of the finest.....

There are a few others and I've loved the standard of the play thus far......

Sneijders other goal was brilliant aswell. And Arjen Robbens goal would DEFINITLEY be in the top 2! the fact that it came while the french were still celebrating made it that much better!

Sneijder's against Italy, I could watch that goal all day. Footballing perfection. van Bronckhorst's cross to Kuyt was perfection, Kuyt's headed lay-off to Sneijder was perfection and Sneijder's finish past Buffon was, well, perfection. Having followed the Dutch since '74 I can say that this side has me excited like none since. Even the '88 side didn't do it like these boys.

That said, Nihat's second vs the Czech's was a stunning example of coolness under pressure. To finish in that way with all that at stake takes one hell of a player.

Sneijder's karate kick
I'm more of a fan of team goals than thunderbolts from outside the area

Robben's was definately a "holy sh*t" moment too - though mostly because it came so quickly and unexpectedly.

Cristiano Ronaldo vs Czech Republic.

A perfect pass from Deco that at first seemed to be to no-one. And a cracking finish.

The second Sedish goal against Greece. Sheer class.

And Robben's goal against France was simply an example of awful keeping from Coupet.

Yeah, one hell of a finish. Came off his teeth in the end, didn't it?

Well, some part of his body, even he probably doesn't know how he got it in.

Somewhat from left field but - Henry's goal before the Robben sealed the deal was an exceptional finish. I am a fan of the dutch - and the gunners hence I can appreciate both - but the guiding touch from infront of the near post to the back stick is not an easy finish. Quality cross, quality finish and Van De Sar was thrown off to the point of going the wrong way...

Maybe not a Sneijder or Ballak thunderbolt but cenrtainly class...

ballacks free kick was absolutley perfect.....but robbens goal from ridiculous angle, and sneijders brilliant karate kick goal were the best
