Got flights booked for weekend of the 4th to visit Stuttgart. There's a game at GD stadium against Werder Bremen that weekend. ...  hopefully I can score a ticket. . . .

Wow, lots of VfB fans on this forum... ! Either that or no one's found this thread yet.

I've only seen them play once, that was a 3-1 win at home over Wolfsburg back in December (great atmosphere - they said attendance was 51,000 at the time, just read an article now claiming over 55,000). It was the day after I arrived in the country too, so I was a little tired at the time. Took a few hours to get to the stadium as well. Shows how lucky we are (in Wellington) to have such a local team to support.

I went to a Spurs match that same trip, the 1-1 draw with United at the beginning of February. Sitting with the Spurs fans made it all the more fun when United got the equaliser.

I'll be watching for the result of Stuttgart vs Werder Bremen with interest.

Wish I hadn't seen the Stuttgart vs Werder result now.

Will be in Stuttgart for christmas this year. Hopefully I can get a game in at the newly renamed "mercedes benz" stadion!

Finhally VfB are salvaging something from the season. Mid table now, which is a big improvement from 3 months ago..

1-1 draw with Barca! I'll take that.
