Ticket Resale Platform

Are there any known quirks or tricks to  using FIFA Ticket Resale Platform to purchase tickets last minute? It seems random in what it offers.

You can't indicate you want 2 or more adjacent tickets
Child tickets come and go without any adult tickets being offered
When I do select ticket it then says not available.

The child tickets are a nightmare, thought I'd managed to snag two adjacent tickets to the semi final before I got to the checkout and realised. No clue what the deal is there.

I was only able to get a ticket for the Canada v Australia game yesterday by refreshing incessantly, and trying to add every adult ticket that came up to my cart.  Eventually got lucky when a whole lot of category 2 tickets went up at the same time.

Kids tickets cannot be bought without an adult ticket.

People have been using a workaround by buying an adult ticket from the same category at another game at the same time, then reselling that adult ticket afterwards. You can then upgrade kids tickets to adult tickets on the Ticket Sales website but that page isn't shown on the Resale website.

Huh, I wonder why they don't have a way of upgrading child tickets at the checkout.

I eventually got lucky and got two for USA-Portugal.  What I suspect is that when someone is doing the checkout process, the ticket is still available for you to select and that is when you get the not available message.

I was probably also expecting there to be some spare seats inside Eden Park but to be fair it was pretty close to full so it was not as if some seats were being held back.
