Running Backs Taken
| Draft/Round | Player | Team | My Thoughts |
| 1.10 | Todd Gurley | St. Louis Rams | Well bye bye Tre Mason, Gurley will be the Day 1 starter in St. Louis. Look at them to start running the ball a lot this season. (Had ACL injury, could be an issue) |
| 1.15 | Melvin Gordon | San Diego Chargers | Not unexpected as their starter was now Oliver, look to Gordon to be strong going forward. |
| 2.4 | TJ. Yeldon | Jacksonville Jaguars | Really more of a Fullback than RB, but was called as a RB so expect him to battle with Gerhart for touches in the backfield. |
| 2.22 | Ameer Abdullah | Detroit Lions | I have to think he is the #1 in Detroit. Joique Bell is a change of pace guy, and I picked up Riddick when Bush left as someone has to carry the load, that is not Bell, so Look to Abdullah to start |
| 3.9 | Tevin Coleman | Atlanta Falcons | Should fall in as the #2 behind Freeman in Atlanta, expect him to share back-up/3rd down carries with Smith this season, probably a bigger role in 2016 as he is clearly a better back and Antone Smith will go back to just doing speed stuff. |
| 3.13 | Duke Johnson | Cleveland Browns | Umm yeah I don't even know with this one, the Browns already have Crowell & West, so they add another guy, just makes the backfield more confusing. |
| 3.22 | David Johnson | Arizona Cardinals | I don't actually know much about this guy, but expect him to play more as a back-up to Ellington than challenge him for the starters job. Probably share the carries through parts of he season. |
| 3.31 | Matt Jones | Washington Redskins | Will probably take the Roy Helu role as back-up/change of pace behind Alfred Morris |
| 4.7 | Jeremy Langford | Chicago Bears | I would not be surprised to see him redshirted this season, but I think this is the Bears preparing for a future without Matt Forte, he will battle with Carey for the back-up and then future role (THOUGH I think Carey should win that). |
| 4.9 | Jalston Fowler | Tennessee Titans | A Fullback for the Titans, I would guess this is help for Sankey. A nice young line-up in Tennessee with Mariota, Sankey & now Fowler. I expect a lot of FB blocking roles for support here. |
| 4.26 | Javouris Allen | Baltimore Ravens | Depth behind Forsett and some cover in case of injury |
| 4.27 | Mike Davis | San Francisco 49ers | I don't understand the 49ers RB strategy this season, since they lost Gore they have added Reggie Bush & Jarrad Hayne to Carlos Hyde, Kendall Hunter, Alfonso Smith & Philip Tanner, some of these guys aren't making the roster. |
| 5.2 | David Cobb | Tennessee Titans | Well there is the competition for Bishop Sankey as well, could be an interesting battle, especially with Mariota, Green-Beckham, and a Fullback, going to be fun. |
| 5.13 | Jay Ajayi | Miami Dolphins | Talk of issues with the medical side of things around his knee. Is a Power back, not sure whether he will end as the lead back, but could take that role for sure. |
| 5.19 | Karlos Williams | Buffalo Bills | Would look to him as a good solid back-up for LeSean McCoy, probably not right away, but lets see. |
| 5.32 | Mike Burton | Detroit Lions | There is the Lions Fullback He should help their runners get some more space in there. |
| 5.38 | Cameron Artis-Payne | Carolina Panthers | Should battle with Fozzie & Todman to be Stewart's back-up in Carolina, could be profitable if Stewart gets injured. |
| 6.29 | Josh Robinson | Indiannapolis Colts | Will most likely be the 3rd back here behind Gore & Herron, with a shot to move up after Gore retires (Probably 2016), surprises me how far Ballard has fallen since he did his aerobatic TD |
| 6.30 | Aaron Ripkowski | Green Bay Packers | There is the end of the Kuhn era in Green Bay |
| 7.13 | Joey Isofa | Tampa Bay Buccaneers | A late Fullback, another chance to protect their backs. |
| 7.13 | Marcus Murphy | New Orleans Saints | A late pick adds another runner in NO |
| 7.18 | Kenny Hillard | Houston Texans | Pretty low tating for me, think he is about 4th on the depth chart. |
