They definitely deserve support. I try to get along to their Tuesday quiz nights, and the odd beer on weekends too. I now know most of the staff by name, and they know me too 😊 also highly recommend the Toastie!

Bumping this to recommend the Feathers' Toastie Takeover entry, the Roastie Toastie 2.0 - a roast beef "toastie" with Yorkshire pudding in place of the bread, perfect for a cold miserable Wellington night after attending an evening game.

Also for all last night was cold and miserable, it was still a jolt to walk in at 8pm on a Saturday and find it so quiet that the staff almost outnumbered the patrons. I know dining out is a luxury in these fiscally restrained times, but seeing how the Feathers supports the Fever they deserve our support during their own off-season.
