It's the offseason again, which means it's time for our now-annual AGM-ish event!

What: Yellow Fever Hui

When: 6pm for a 6.30pm start, Friday 27th May

Where: Backbencher, in the upstairs Cabinet Room

We'll give you a run down on how the Fever has been ticking along over the last 12 months, in terms of financials, personnel and how many flags we've managed to lose.

We'll also chuck on some subsidised drinks and some nibbles, and will promise you that our company won't be entirely terrible.

We also want your feedback on what you think could improve the Fever and anything you'd like to help us out with, because let's face it, we need all the help we can get...

See you there!

if this is the one that was videoed last year, can we have it done again if possible as it was a good watch

Yep, will definitely film it again for anyone who can't make it on the night.

Apparently there is a thugby match on that night.  Might be busy at the pub

What time can we show up from tonight?

Well I'm planning on going down after work so will be at the pub from around 5pm and think Patrick will be there a bit early to set up.

Otherwise around 6pm and we plan to kick off at 6.30pm

Excellent I'll probably come down just after 5 then. Don't really know anyone by face so if you see a football tragic looking lost and alone come say hi lmao.

reminder that it's upstairs at the bencher. Stairs are next to the Kate Sheppard enternace.

Good news! I'll be three wines in when I arrive. Not the bottle I was down last time but good enough

Hey all. Do we have an eta. On some if the things discussed like Polo's etc. And what's happening with others like pins etc?
Thanks!!

Steady on, Rori. We always leave this to the last minute.

Hi all,

Sorry this has taken so long, but hey, what did you expect from us? Exactly.

We’ve been waiting to put the video online, but it looks like the video might not see the light of day with Patrick suffering some technical issues. But regardless, below is a link to the presentation we gave on the night. Take a look.

https://siggy-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/FeverHui2016.pdf

Basically it covers what we’ve done in the last 12 months, where money has come from, and where it’s gone. We also outlined what we’ve got planned in the off season, and how you can help for the upcoming season.

After the presentation there was a long discussion on how to make the Fever better, both in terms of the match day experience, and more generally. Some excellent ideas were put forward, including some suggested items to add to our merchandise range.

We’ll outline most of these in separate threads shortly, and update you further once we’ve looked into some others. So stay tuned.

Fever Out.
