i listened to hudson talking to smithy and nathan rarere the other day and he said that it was imperative that the staff are qualified

Being in Oceania all you need is a taxi licence and you can coach a ASB or Island side in the OCL. You would think the OFC and NZF would implement a higher coaching standard for its maiden league competitions.
