we are a better team now... whether he's more focused on himself or not is irrelevant to me so long as we make progress.
In this day and age probably 50% of any workforce are keeping an eye out for another/better job. Nothing strange about that, esp if under say age 50.
Of course embellishing one's Wiki page with a few porkies (as alleged) is odd. Still I don't really give a shark about that, its the performance of AWs that matters.
