Well this is what he said last time he was sacked:

On 28 September 2011, with Newport having won only once in their first 12 games, Hudson was sacked,[28] despite new signing David Pipe stating "everyone is definitely behind the gaffer"[29] and senior players "contacting the press to let the fans know what the players think".[30][31][32] ]
