Anyway this is a good article and another reason (as if one were needed) why we should be in the AFC. A few NZ players would be able to develop their careers in some very good leagues, although perhaps it would be carnage for the Nix.

Also good question about why the FFA has not adopted the 3+1 rule (I guess it would be 4+1).
