I think what is happening to them is so wonderful it needed its own thread.

Rumours of dressing room dissent, Kewell v Cockerill in the SMH and the 4-4-2 editor in Aus has written a piece that basically says the future of the whole game in the country depends on the results over the next 2-games.

It would all be hilarious if it wasn't for the fact that if the A-League suffers because of the horrorroos then the Nix suffer aswell.

Some very interesting articles worth reading.

This is the original column Cockerill wrote about Kewell's commitment, which led to Kewell firing up

which led to the article above which was Cockerill's response.

Very interesting stuff, and how the Aussie's do tomorrow will be very interesting indeed.

That's what happens when half your squad disagrees with your coach and his ways. It's clear that there is little respect for Verbeek, it's just that so many players have kept their mouths shut because they desperately wanted to go to the World Cup.

''I fully support and am behind him,'' he said. ''He's the boss at the end of the day, like anyone else who's got bosses. You do what your boss says. It's a shame people don't get it in their thick heads: it's his rules. You follow them.''

That comment from Kewell say to me "If you want to play for Aussie right now you have to put up and shut up".
Nix, Leyton Orient and Alloa Athletic supporting schmuck.
