Bahrain are they inhibited by playing at home?

While watching [ok after finishing celebrating] the WC Qualifier; I thought some of those Bahrani players are quite useful and could probably make a decent fist of playing in the lower leagues in the UK and elsewhere in Europe [like 2 of them do I understand]. Most are playing in the Gulf and probably on pretty good money.
Does anyone else think they would have a better shot at qualifying if they had more players playing outside of the Middle East? The same probably goes for the other ME teams like Saudi, etc.

Possible, but the Gulf leagues pay good money, hence these dudes are happy to stay there.
