Does anybody know how these work and if you have a signed jersey you would go about getting a certificate of authenticity on it?

I always get shirts with COA's. The company i deal with in the UK http://www.allstarsignings.com/ is great, they actually supply a photograph of the player in question signing the item. these guys also sell on ebay.co.uk so you can get some good deals.

It is hard to find shirts signed by just one player as it is more ecomical to get the squad signing it. Google is your friend, just keep an eye out. I managed to get a Jose Antonio Reyes single autograph shirt cheap, i guess the seller knew something i didnt at the time.

time of year? closer to christmas these things tend to skyrocket, but its getting close to the season end and new shirts etc are coming out, players changing etc .
I would be supsicious if the signed shirt costs less than new one in a shop.

Theres a ton of fake signed shirts on ebay. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Dont buy them on ebay, if you buy them on trademe always ask for a COA and if they dont have one compare the photo with some on google. If you want good ones i would reccomend Allstarsignings.com and Icons.com
