This, or young lad Muller and Podolski up front. Would rather see Cacau over Muller.

Muller has a cool head. Badstuber needs to not be there. Cacau for Podolski.

Badstuber is just horrible

yes definitely someone for prinz poldi.  i was quite surprised that Lw didn't lose patience with him in the serbia game.  the tension is quite high here at my place for this one, as my wife will get a thorough ribbing from the kids at school if germany go out.  it will only be more palatable if england also go out.

Funny that, exactly the same sentiment in our house!
Seems as if Gomez is in with a chance to come in for Klose seeing Ghana aren't that great in the air.

My multi bet was for Germany/Aus to progress. And as thats not going to happen, I'll take the German win.

I want Germany and Ghana to go through, hopefully with Germany top so they play England. Whatever makes that happen is fine by me.

Both of these games are boring so far.

Happy for Ghana. This Cup needs an African team in the last 16.

And they won't have to face any 'big' teams to get to a semi-final.

Happy for the German win. Was very tense until the final whistle. Though looking at Germany's draw to the Semi's they will need to beat England and most likely Argentina. While Ghana to get to the semis will need to beat USA and either Uruguay/South Korea - far easier side of the draw.

Good result all round for this pool.

(But would have liked Serbia to at least draw with Oz - hehe)

With the display England showed so far, Germany will roll over them easily. On the other hand, those games are always tense, so will be a close game probably. Penalties anyone?
