Bad news, hope he comes through OK.
Poor bugger, I might not be his biggest fan and laughed when he fell (I'd laugh if my friend or myself did the same). I'm sorry to hear that it is worst than they first thought.
I'm an optimistic pessimist.
I'm positive things will go wrong.
