Zephry, once again you have demonstrated wit beyond your years. . . . How about you put some of that Spam back on the shelf, cos I'm not sure you want to be eating it all week.

I've given up being cheesed off by Zephyr's daft posts, And stopped tearing my hair out, I had too! I'm bald now but I'm happy to report my pubes are growing back.

In an attempt to salvage something from the post...

Alan Rough - never was a name more apt.

Joe Kennaway (Celtic keeper in the '30s), who wasn't allowed to play for Scotland anymore after the english discovered he was canadian-born and capped for Canada already.

Can i give my contender for WORST Scottish goalkeeper...that guy who kept for them at the France '98 world cup...his name escapes me but i do remember he was about 40 at the time, had a 'mare vs Morroco (3-0 but could have been more), Leighton somthing...? Have so say he was crap, should have retired 5 years before that.

Mind u, you'd be happy with a 2-1 result vs Brazil in the 1st game of that world cup...

I remember going to Easter Road as a kid - and Alan Rough was in goals - after he left we had a bit of a break and Andy Goram came along and once he was punted to Rangers we got Jim Leighton after he had been ditched by Ferguson in a FA cup replay game.

We had some cracking keepers at Hibs in the time I was going to games.

When Hibs, went up, to win the Scottish Cup - I wisnae there - furfuxake!

Alan McKnight(mare) at West Ham in the 80's.  Pure gash!

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

I had the misfortune to be at Wembley when E*****d beat us 5 - 1, when Stewart Kennedy was in goal. What a waste of a goalkeepers shirt he was

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

George Wood.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Wood_(footballer)
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Bryan Gunn... look it up on You Tube, in and East Anglian Derby.

Superb.

He was a good keeper. Supposed to have been a really nice guy as well. Daughter had leukaemia and he raised shedloads of money for charity. Shaved his head to make his daughter feel better after she lost her hair 'cos of chemo. Top bloke

Obviously, being Scottish and a goalkeeper, he was prone to the odd howler tho' (just watched the famous airkick on You Tube!)
