Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Me and Bill were talking about odd things that happen in matches. This is my instance of odd...

Got kicked in the back right between between the shoulder blades. The "tackle" left stud marks. Picked myself up wondering what planet I was on. Ref had blown by this time. He rushed up to me and said "any more of that and you're off" then gave a  free kick AGAINST me....
