Cool. Would love to see someone release an in depth book telling the All Whites story right through qualifying and onto the finals.

Am sure that book will eventuate before Christmas! Were a few books in '82 about the qualifying and Finals such as Adshead and Fallon's one.
John Matheson's "All White Fever" isn't a bad effort covering all of Ricki's tenure as coach up to the Finals.

Suggest people request their local public libraries to buy these World Cup DVDs (and books) and get them out there.
Most libraries have a "request to buy" form you can fill out online and they'll often kindly purchase things for you and let you know when they arrive. I've successfully got Christchurch City Libraries to purchase heaps of stuff over the years. They don't know there's a demand unless you ask for it.

Christchurch City Libraries "Request to Buy" form if you live in Canterbury:

Find the same for your local library online.
