why have they named all the european players, i thought they werent available for this game? why would you name all those players in full knowledge theyre not going to play

If they are named they will play, otherwise they wouldn't have been named

All of those players are available, Viduka would have been called but plays a game too close to the Qatar match to make it in time. Most of the European based players will probably arrive only 2 days before the game
