Just as an extention of Conan's point I was thinking that if you have Extra timed in the north, then have to do it again in the northern heat it will be even harder.

Hard to see this happening to the Dutch now. They have managed to keep it together on-field despite being a goal down in three of their games, and have kept it together off-field despite being in each other's company for a month.
What if Robben dives twice too many, gets sent off and then the Dutch miss out on a penalty to get them through? ;)

Real pity 4Kings advertised on tickets for early morning game showing: 'includes 1 non-alcoholic drink or a meal' - turns out it's 'money off the cost of a meal'- not quite the same thing.
