Big game for the title tonight - Argentina vs Spain in Buenos Aires.

You can read about the UWFC here: http://www.ufwc.co.uk/about/

Match tonight is to commemorate 200 years of Argentinian independence. Spain have won their two previous UFWC matches.... Should be awesome game:

Sergio Batista has recalled defender Javier Zanetti and midfielder Esteban Cambiasso, both ignored by Diego Maradona at the World Cup, into the Argentina side. Andres DAlessandro should also be back in the starting eleven. Diego Milito will partner Carlos Tevez up front, and Spain will of course be paying close attention to the service they will receive from Lionel Messi.

Spain are likely to start with the same team that saw off Liechtenstein on Friday, with Fernando Torres and David Villa upfront, and Xavi, Alonso, Busquets and Iniesta across the middle.

"Spain are no longer the best team in the world. Argentina impressively won this entertaining match 4-1 to take the UFWC title and become Unofficial Football World Champions."

Argentina play Japan next on 8 October, then Brazil in November. Would be good if Japan beat Argentina to get the UWFC in Asia, a bit closer for New Zealand to nab it.

Argentina defending UFWC title against Japan in a couple of days.

Messi is doubtful because of injury, though Japanese FA President has stated Argentina will only get their $200,000 fixture bonus if he plays.

Sergio Aguero is apparently out due to a 'strained buttock'.

Japan had already qualified for the next phase of WCQs, so probably not a huge shock, but Nth Korea 1-0 Japan in Pyongyang.

Kim Jong-Il's press men will be loving this. "North Korea (unofficial) Champions of the Wooooooooorrrrrrrrrrld!!!)"

Good luck getting that title put on the line in a friendly.
