Sad to see Colombia's best player Falcao ruled out, and France's best, Ribery.

Hope Ronaldo, Suarez, Yaya Toure, Kolou Tore, Alexis Sanchez, Benzema, Oxlade-Chamberlain will be fit.

 The Netherlands and Croatia seem to have the most players ruled out through injury.

These were all class Dutch players now out of the Cup:

R Van Der Vaart, K Strootman, G Van Der Wiel, J Willems

Argentina have five under an injury cloud (incl. Demechalis, Higuain), one ruled out.

Germany have four ruled out but should have enough depth to cope okay.
