Solidarity payments for some local clubs?

he's been at the Nix academy since 2018, Onehunga before that.......

His club was wgtn utd and lower hutt 
would they count, considering he only played for those clubs because of the MoU between them and the Nix?

Onehunga/AU will be stoked, big payday in line for them
