It all depends on what they see his rol  as in the team, to inbuilt yearly wage hikes, or a wage hike after so many games etc

I would think it would be in the region of 5000 - 8000 pounds a week to start with.

If he manages to crack the team earlier, nothing to stop him renegotiate the deal.

You can't just re-negotiate an already signed contract because you've progressed ahead of schedule. He'll need to wait until it's up for renewal to do that. That's why he will have needed to negotiated well up-front. Of course, he would likely be nervous about being too assertive for his first Bournemouth contract, not wanting to squander probably the biggest move of his life. Still, I'm sure he'll want for nothing financially.

In terms of the fee paid to the Phoenix, I'm assuming that's all considered taxable income? Though given I'm sure they're operating at a loss then they probably won't lose too much of it.

Contracts can be renegotiated at any time... but admittedly, he would have to probably far exceed their initial expectations to warrant being able to force that to happen.

For example if he ends up being the number 1 after an injury to Neto etc and ends up making the spot his - he would have the right to ask for a contract more reflective of his role.

Players have break out seasons (generate interest) and clubs renegotiate contracts to keep them happy.
yep, also important to remember it's a relationship and both parties should want the other to feel valued.

Even at the cash constrained Phoenix, Chief has said the players will get a pay bump as one of the reasons why we have to let Zawada go
