....there was a 3-2 defeat for Mansfield Town away to Cambridge. Ben Waine got 25 minutes off the bench which is the most he’s played in a game since November... and he made it count by winning the stoppage time penalty that Lee Gregory converted to give Mansfield a slight chance of a late recovery. They didn’t find another goal to equalise but at least Waineo brought something substantial to the table after a run of small cameos that passed without event. He’d put a tricky header on target prior to winning the spot kick too. He’s always got big energy, just gotta show a little productivity as well in order to win over the English crowd.
